this printer is super helpful for someone like me who loves to print and craft but my photos always come out dull and with little lines on them, which kinda ruins the look of everything. along with sometimes my printer will randomly die on me while i’m printing a photo and then cuts off my photos.

The app is doing a great job but the only thing that gets me so frustrated is that margins are inaccurate. Especially, when adding frames. When you add frames it will show you that it fits the dimension of the paper but when you print it, it will be cropped out. They need to add or have a review of the paper before printing which they do have a review before and during printing screen but they need to make one where it’ll show where the frames will be cropped off.

My advice/opinion/suggestion: add an option where you can resize the frame to fit with the picture and/or the paper dimension.

Sadly the app sucks now. In the past I used to be able to print out tons of photos in accurate colors and clear view now I can’t connect to the printer without it saying “No paper” or “Paper jam” which is ridiculous because it wasn’t saying either of those things when I first got it. Just going to get rid of it probably.

This printer functions for what I need but the colours are not accurate, always slightly brownish/yellowish. That is not my main problem. After 1-2 prints, the print will time out and I have to restart the printer in order for it to work. It is frustrating especially if you are trying to print a batch of photos.

I honestly think this printer is very helpful, and I had no trouble assembling it at all. Unlike other printers I’ve used, this app makes it easy to print photos without anything getting cut off. I also really like how it helps organize multiple pictures into one image for printing.

I use this printer for scrapbooking, photos for frames, invitations, and more, and it works great for all of those. However, there is one flaw in the app that can be pretty annoying, even if it seems small. When you’re assembling a collage, you can’t delete individual photos. Instead, you have to exit the project, re-find all the same photos (minus the one you wanted to remove), and start again. This gets tedious and time-consuming when you just want to make a quick change.

Even with this issue, I still really love the app and all the options it offers, and I plan to keep using this printer for a long time.

App used to work fine, but since the newest update I can’t connect to my printer, and even if I could in Bluetooth it doesn’t recognise it in the app :(

Good decent app but unfortunately does not work well on iPhones. No way to adjust borders. Fixed large borders, taking up unnecessary space. I want very thin borders or border less prints. Not possible. Seen videos of advance editing capabilities on android devices, not available on iPhones (or iOS). Hope you fix it soon.

The first time I used the app, I added 7 photos and printed, super happy. Now I am using a second time and do not see a way to add photos :(

**Developer response:** Since you only allow the app to view these 7 photos, you can find HeyPhoto in your system settings and allow it to access more photos.

I tried for a whole day trying to figure why it wasn’t working. googled multiple solutions on trying to fix it. Nothing. Money wasted for something that doesn’t even work. Deleted the app cause it wouldn’t even let me connect to Bluetooth anymore .

Printer works just fine.  Unlike the app.  It’s clunky and difficult to use because the size options don’t work right.  Would not recommend printer because it can only be used with this app.  Bummer!!!

Everytime I try editing the photos with the filters and adjustments, I am kicked out of the app. It doesn’t even save what I did and I have to figure out all over again what changes I even made. Frustrating to say the least. On top of that, when the printer cannot be detected, it stays buffering forever instead of allowing you to dismiss the notification, so again, all changes made and all pictures selected have to be redone.

**Developer response:** We will fix these problems in the coming verion. Buy the way , where model of the printer you are using?

I was super excited for this printer. The assembly portion was easy but when it came to the app, I spent over 4 hours trying to figure out how to print the picture through it. After 2 hours I was able to print 1 photo not sure how but I was happy and when I tried to print another one, I came across the same issue. I believe the issue is the app and not the printer itself. I uploaded the updated version and still no help. The select option on the bottom does not appear, only shows 0/18 at the top right corner. I’m disappointed

Received item in the mail today. Brand new. Packaging was cute. Item it self looks great, but repeatedly printed blank pages and the last print job disconnected from the WiFi so now it’s jammed. Won’t turn back on, likely due to the jam. Not sure. Was looking toward to giving this a try.

Note: If the picture is too dark or too bright, like snow, the image color won’t be that accurate when it’s printed. 
Im happy & still in shock I found this as an ad on IG knowing nothing about it. I sent it to my boyfriend thinking it was cool and then He just bought it. So I was extremely curious to see if it was legitimate… AND IT WAS!🥳 

I just made an entire photo collage for a 40th birthday, using this mini photo printer. Of course, I used all the photos in my cell phone via Bluetooth. 

I’ve never had any problem with it, whatsoever! If you can afford it definitely get it! 
Of so far printed over 70 pics from my phone and counting. This device is pretty awesome if you can afford it.

I’m not sure what other people are having issues with, but I’m using this app with the HPRT MT53 ink-less color thermal printer from Poooli, and it works just as well as their other printers.  You just have to follow the directions; connect the printer to your phone’s Bluetooth, then open the app and connect the printer.

My first test print came out great, and I am awestruck at how good an ink-less photo can look.

I love this app CZ it allows me to print photo”cards” from home whenever I want! I love it sm and it has saved me SOOOO much money from buying photocards *cough* *kpop* *cough*. If you like making fanmade photos in the size of photocards, then I highly recommend! The app did took me a while to navigate first, then I realize most of the problems I initially have is the printer needing to be charged even if you haven’t print from it for awhile CZ I guess it expends energy even when it’s turned off for a couple days. But yea for my personal experience, it does work! Just need to take a couple more tries when you first bought the printer. Then when you get the hang of it, it becomes very easy!!

I have the CP4000L printer and they have tutorials in YouTube on how to set it up! I love how the picture quality turned out!! 😄 I’m so happy with my purchase
