## What is Heyrex?

Heyrex2 is a device that fits on your dog’s collar, monitoring their activity, location and wellbeing, building a profile of your dogs activity patterns and wellbeing and alerting you to any concerning changes to their behaviour. It also allows you to locate your dog, see where it is or where it has been.

Heyrex records your dogs behaviour, including: Exercise levels, scratching, sleep quality and other behavioural or health issues and presents you with a wellbeing number so you can understand how your dog is at the highest level. Using cellular connectivity, Heyrex2 uploads data regularly to giving you alerts if your dog is too hot or cold, if their behaviour changes, improves or indicates a health problem. Heyrex2 provides real-time wellbeing information, alerts and location wherever cellular and GPS services are available.

Earn Wag-o's reward points by caring for your pets wellbeing. Wag-o's can be used for discounts on petrol, pet treats, food, flea treatments and more.

Daily, weekly and monthly summaries in user-friendly graphs that are simple to understand. It even has a diary function so you can record key milestones in your companion’s life and set diary inputs for things like next worm or flea treatment due.

I bought the heyrex2 biosensor for my dog then got this app and registered an account. It is a great way to monitor my figs well-being, location and also my vet can see the data and help with weight and cage rest.

I downloaded this app as I was about to purchase 1 of these to try before getting 2 and it won't even let me register a new account.

After buying the starter kit to monitor my old dogs health I was really excited to try it. I had heard great reviews. 
The app is easy to use and set up a pets profile but when I followed the link to set up a subscription through PayPal I kept getting a security warning “no token passed”. Without the subscription I can’t view any information recorded by the capsule so it is effectively useless and pointless my boy wearing it. I tried different ways to do it including through the Hayrex website and kept getting the same problem. 
I emailed the company several times on both of the given email addresses and even called the telephone number (based in USA) and left a voicemail. 
I haven’t had a response at all. 
I will be returning the monitor and buying something else with a company who value their customers and are willing to at least respond to an email.
Thank you Hayrex for wasting my time and my
money.
