Note that they also charge more than if you order directly on Uber. Also the system must have some fault because apparently the app does not allow the store to cancel order. Also no one contacted me at all. Just hanging there waiting. Customer service said the refund takes 3 days, I guess they need to vibe code a refund system from scratch.
