### 1/5 — Sad I purchased a 3 month deal

*2025-02-12, version 3.9*

Glitches on every. Single. Thing. Even the intro. Still after notifying support and emailing more support. Nothing. But glitches.

### 1/5 — Annoying for anyone with ADHD!

*2025-02-01, version 3.9*

The videos in the app take ages to load, sometimes take two times. They suddenly stop for no reason & repeat bits, jump about.

Sloppy, glitchy IT that lets the concept down -Wound me up just trying to use it!

Would not recommend until this improves.

### 1/5 — Charged and never signed up for

*2025-01-27, version 3.9*

SCAM

### 1/5 — Glitchy can’t use waste of money

*2025-01-15, version 3.8*

Glitchy can’t use waste of money

### 1/5 — scam do not buy

*2025-01-05, version 3.8*

scammed me out of $50 thinking this was a diet plan that worked for people with ADHD as it was advertised to me on IG to be. its literally just readings, yoga, and guided meditation you could get elsewhere like YT for free.

### 1/5 — Scam??

*2025-01-01, version 3.8*

I signed up for the 3 day trial. Everything I opened in the app- podcast, yoga exercise, meditation- would open to the same affirmation of “you are ____”. So weird. Cancelled immediately.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Scam

*2025-10-14, version 4.1*

Glitch with sign up. I’ve never been able to use it and continue to be charged. Seems predatory to advertise helping adhd and auto renew with no phone number to call to cxl and and email that comes back as a failure to send. Stay away!

### 1/5 — Money taken without permission

*2025-10-14, version 4.1*

This company has taken money without permission despite my subscription being cancelled. They refuse to refund. Terrible customer service and feel it’s ok to take money without permission.
I am not able to submit this review without tapping on the stars- so have tapped one in order to post this.

### 1/5 — Deceiving

*2025-09-19, version 4.1*

The audio files are not zen at all. The subscription is predatory and constructed as such to take advantage of the ADHD inattentiveness. Zero stars!

### 1/5 — Won’t let you cancel

*2025-08-29, version 4.1*

Can’t cancel apparently

### 1/5 — Do not subscribe to this app

*2025-06-26, version 4.1*

They don’t cancel accounts on request and do not reply to emails, and continue charging despite cancelling. App doesn’t work well so I cancelled. It took a deep dive to find their cancellation policy which is at HeyWellness.com not HeyZen.com and can’t be done via the app, and despite numerous notifications of cancellations ad following their strange policy they have not effected it and are still charging.

### 1/5 — Wanted to try

*2025-06-21, version 4.1*

Keeps taking money

### 1/5 — Waste of money

*2025-06-02, version 4.1*

:(

### 1/5 — Deceiving

*2025-04-29, version 4.1*

So this app is pretty useless but also it’s under the ‘heywellness’ platform which offers you a bait and switch to download their app ‘heyfitness’ then charges you over 50 CAD when you think you deleted the app. It’s completely predatory.

### 1/5 — AI Yoga Voice

*2025-03-21, version 4.0*

I’m not sure, but it sounds like all of the yoga videos are narrated by AI? Or a sped up human voice? It would be much better if they just had a regular yoga teacher instead of a woman doing yoga with a voiceover. The yoga also doesn’t include any modifications etc like a normal yoga practice would. It’s also choppy and very quick generally.

If you don’t finish the bad yoga videos you can’t move through the program to the next day of meditation/podcast. Which is a bummer since the yoga is not good.

### 1/5 — Terrible - can’t login

*2025-03-02*

I paid, but now I can’t login even though I know I have the password right from when I made the account. I requested to reset the password at least 6 times and haven’t received a single recovery email. I reached out to support that is supposed to respond within 6 hours and haven’t heard a thing. So now I’ve been for a plan that I can’t access or use.

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — Phenomenal

*2025-02-06, version 3.9*

Just about the best fitness app out there! The meditations are relevant and soothing. The yoga kicks my butt, I’ve lost 8 pounds in 14 days!!!

### 5/5 — A touch expensive but…

*2024-08-03*

Worth it in my humble opinion

### 4/5 — Review

*2025-03-04, version 3.9*

I had a lot of issues logging in and had to reach out to support to get it fixed. However once I did they fixed the issue for me. The app was ultimately not for me but may work well for others.

### 4/5 — Just Started I’ll come back with more input

*2025-01-06, version 3.8*

I’ll be back in a few days to report

### 4/5 — Meditation is great!

*2024-12-17, version 3.8*

So relaxing. I usually have a hard time focusing but this one really pulls me in.
The yoga part feels kind of jerky and fast. I’m hoping it gets better. I’m only on day 2.

### 4/5 — Didn’t use it as often as I should have

*2024-09-29, version 3.8*

With my busy work schedule and life I really have the chance to use it as much as I should have

### 3/5 — Needs more work

*2025-02-07, version 3.9*

I saw the ads on Facebook and caved. I would love to work on my ADHD impulse overeating. What I got instead were 3 daily tasks, that you can’t skip ahead. It’s a podcast (that I really liked), a stretch exercise and a mediation. I have an awesome exercise app (BODi) that I already pay for that does workouts, stretches and meditations. I think this app could be great but with people with ADHD, just like the podcast suggests - break down those segments smaller. Why can’t I do 5 minute stretches here and there? Smaller options for the meditations. 20 minutes is a big commitment for my ADHD inattention to handle. I wish it was more optional and more help. I have yet to hear or learn anything on managing the impulse overeating and I don’t see how anyone is losing weight by just this program. The ad is surprise! A lie but I do think there is potential here. I wish I had my $15 back though. I’d be interested if they made some huge updates.

### 3/5 — 100% 100% and Ugh

*2025-01-29, version 3.9*

I did the trial and immediately knew this would be the support I needed for navigating late-onset ADHD that has basically turned my world upside down. The podcasts and meditations are amazing: and I wake up looking for them each day. But the workouts…. Ugh. The way they cut out and (not) flow, and how the audio does not line up with the visuals, makes my adhd brain want to scream. I just let them play out while doing my own workout. Not ideal.

### 2/5 — Misled

*2025-03-21, version 4.0*

I feel like I got tricked into getting this app. I signed in because it talked about wall Pilates and getting ton for women over 50 and then when I download the app it’s more about PTSD and emotional regulation and other stuff that I’m not interested in.

### 2/5 — Videos don’t play.

*2024-12-23, version 3.8*

The bits that I managed to do were OK. Although an easier option for the less flexible among us would be nice, but the videos stop halfway through and won’t play. Even on wi fi.
