You must control the set-up from the wall switch, not the remote. Set up the fan information, type, location, name, etc. in the app and confirm the device. Open up the device control and look for the “Pair” button at the bottom. Make sure the fan and light are off at the wall switch. Now, turn on the wall switch and select the “Pair” button in the app. The light should blink a few times to confirm pairing is completed. In the app there are some obvious ESL issues with wording, but overall it seems to work fine to control the fan and light. ### 2/5 — Keep shopping *2025-12-21, version 1.1* The fan is nice but it really sucks it will not connect to Google or Alexa.
