The fan is nice but it really sucks it will not connect to Google or Alexa. I do not recommend. If that is not important, great fan.

他の方が言われるような、接続するとリモコンが使えなくなる や 接続しても操作できない という現象はありませんが、日本語訳があまりに雑で、何を言ってるのか全くわかりません。「くうきランプ(ONにしても何も変化無し。これは何？)」「開く(恐らくONの意味)」「すべての関数(ファンとランプを止める)」など、終わりすぎです。
RGBランプは色設定しても使えませんし、まず届いた商品に入っている説明書が雑過ぎます。A4の白黒コピー一枚って。しかもその説明には「赤い丸印の部分をタップ」と、すごい分かりにくい箇所を赤丸で示しているはずなのに、白黒コピーのせいで意味ありません。家族が相談無しに購入した物を押し付けられましたが、正直お金を払えるレベルではないです。あと暗すぎ。

アプリでのペアリングが上手く行かず困っておりました。

レビューで何方かが書かれておりましたが…

1）壁の電源スイッチを切る
2）壁の電源スイッチを入れる
3）3秒以内にアプリのペアボタンを押す

私はこれで上手く行きました！
ペアリングが上手く行かなかった方は、これを試してみてください。

Thanks to previous reviewer, Jurrasic, for the helpful hint to set up. Once I powered off the wall switch and back on, I was able to pair immediately.

I have recently got the light dimming fan because I loved the way it was designed. When downloading the app I was having a hard time trying to figure out how to pair the fan to my phone. I followed all the instructions properly but it still wasn’t working. Thanks to another persons’ review I was able to get my fan paired to my phone. In order to do this you must turn the light on from your remote and then turn the fan off by the light switch while then turning it on again. Once this is done you will need to click the pair button in the app. I believe they should change their directions and create them to be more specific and detailed so buyers are able to understand how to pair the fan. I hope this helps!

Awesome fan, looks great works great. The app works fine. Took a minute to figure it out, where it’s actually very simple. To pair it, just turn the light on, power the fan off from the light switch, (not the remote) power the fan on from the light switch and click pair in the app. It worked immediately with both my fans. 
I hope that helps getting them working on the phone.

I know some people struggle with this, I sure did! That’s why I created this guide to help: Avoid using the manual if you've found this as it can be confusing. 1. Download the app by scanning the QR code 2. Once the fan is connected and working, turn it off 3. Open the app, select the fan type you have, and follow the steps 4. Create a name for your fan in the app 5. Turn on the fan’s light using the app. You should receive a Bluetooth pairing alert. Confirm it. 6. Avoid turning on the fan blades using the app at this stage 7. In the app, select the ceiling fan and look for the “Pair” option at the bottom 8. To pair, ensure the fan is completely powered off. Then turn it back on and press the “Pair” button in the app. You have 5 seconds to complete this before the code resets 9. You’re all set :)

1. Fan and light on/off button captions should read “on/off” instead of “open/close”
2. Buttons status should be synced with the actual fan/light on/off status. For example, if you turn on the light using remote control, the app button status should show “on” status

Just installed the fan/light and decided to try out the app. As another reviewer indicated, pairing with the fan needs much better directions. You must control the set-up from the wall switch, not the remote. Set up the fan information, type, location, name, etc. in the app and confirm the device. Open up the device control and look for the “Pair” button at the bottom. Make sure the fan and light are off at the wall switch. Now, turn on the wall switch and select the “Pair” button in the app. The light should blink a few times to confirm pairing is completed. In the app there are some obvious ESL issues with wording, but overall it seems to work fine to control the fan and light.

初めのレビューから改善されているのかな？
私の買ったシーリングファンライトでは、リモコンもアプリも同時で使えましたよ。

あとはGoogle HOMEと連携できれば5にしてもよいなと思いました。寝る時に自動消灯とかしたくて買ったので、Google HOMEと接続できないのはとても残念です。
