A tuning indicator would be a great addition as not everyone can tune by ear. I did find the skew setting needed to be very high unlike that shown in the images, but I suspect that may be related to the iPod Touch 4G in some way. Over all, very nice and hopefully there will be some really usefull updates to this app. Sadly NOAA are no longer updating the world wide schedule used in this app. Wenlock ### 5/5 — Really simple to use with great results *2014-05-26, version 1.3.1* I'm new to shortwave and when I read about weather fax I just had to give it a go. I just used some headphones going from my radio to my iPhone mic and it worked pretty well. The app is very easy to use, so I highly recommend. I received the wind and wave forecast map successfully. Need to find the audio link unit for the iPad to get away from using the speaker. For the price it is amazing! Dick Smith ### 5/5 — Great! *2014-03-19, version 1.3.1* Using a Kaito 1103 radio and no connecting cable (just the iPad microphone), I’m getting clear weather fax reception even when the signal doesn’t sound great. Yesterday I managed to get good images from stations 1000, 2000, and 4000km away. I’ve ordered a cable just so I won’t have to listen to the radio while it’s receiving. The only annoyance is that some images are transmitted rotated by 90 degrees, but it’s easy to flick on the iPad screen rotation lock when viewing those. ### 5/5 — Well worth the asking price. *2014-03-12, version 1.3.1* Easy to use and works a treat. I wish it would work as I wanted it as a backup for my HF SSB computer weather fax program.
