I don’t even use my regular glasses anymore because they could figure out my prescription. I have split vision; one myopic and one dystopic. These glasses are a godsend. However the app is ridiculously uncooperative. Went to add device and I get stuck in this “connect to Bluetooth “ loop while listening to music in the glasses. Then on the rare occasion I did get the app to recognize the glasses were already connected, it asked for the activation device and when I put it in (after several agonizing scans), it say the activation code has been used and I cannot access any of the features. I have two pair and when I activated the second pair on my iPhone 7, it activates on it. I can access all features, including the translation. It says I don’t have to use the activation code once I use it once, but trying to add them to my primary phone puts me in the same Bluetooth do loop and I cannot get my iPhone 14 to recognize it. My advice: buy the glasses for sight and Bluetooth but forget the app…it is trash. Until they fix it, it is just wasted space on your phone. ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2026-04-26, version 2.04.17* The translation headphones would connect to my phone but when I try to connect to the app, it did not let me. Saying to scan an activation code to at was a QR code but when I scan the QR code, it doesn’t work saying the scan is not for a QR code. Now I just want to delete my account with this app. But there is no feature on the app to delete the account. ### 1/5 — False advertisement *2026-04-10, version 2.03.25* Bought these because my other adjusting eyeglasses broke. I expected all the features of my other glasses based on what the advertiser said and what I got was a pie of non adjusting lenses with the ability for sound. I cannot use this app as it tells me the glasses are not connected through Bluetooth as I am listening to music through Bluetooth. It tells me the activation code that I just received has been used. By whom?!? Are you just using one code? This was a scam. The glasses are a scam. They were supposed to use AI to automatically adjust vision, project translation of 140 languages directly onto lenses in real time, automatically dim in sunlight, among other false claims. They were supposed to have high quality stereo speakers and simple touch controls. None of this was true. Instead, it is just this app that is useless. I already have a translation app on my phone that works much better. Now I need to figure out how to get my money back from an obvious scam company that markets these glasses on social media under multiple names. The one I purchased was called Bruxy but the product shipped are not branded and not what was promised. Do not purchase!!! ### 1/5 — Won’t connect to other features other than music *2026-02-06, version 2.01.14* As a flaw in the app, it won’t connect to anything but music ### 1/5 — Not able to use all of the Features. *2026-01-19, version 2.01.14* It shows that I am connected in the Bluetooth and I’m able to hear through the glasses when I am on the phone or looking at Facebook, but I’m not able to use any of the other features. It says that I have to connect. I’m not sure what I need to connect to get the rest of the features to work. ### 1/5 — Will not connect to smart glasses *2026-01-07, version 1.12.31* This is total waste of money. With both sides of the glasses charge and pairing mode on the glasses will not pair to this app, which is the app to download for use with the smart glasses. And no way to get support. Can’t wait to send them back because you can’t hook them up. You’re an endless loop doing the same thing over and over, but it doesn’t set up. Also, this app asks you to agree to the policy, but there was no policy, there’s only the box to check that you agree. I rate this suspicious app a zero. ### 1/5 — Return your headphones from five below if you see this *2026-06-12, version 2.04.20* If you bought the real time language translation headphones from five below, return them immediately. The headphones themselves don’t do the translation ,this app claims but it never works. There’s something wrong with it for some reason where it doesn’t recognize the headphones or my phone as a device and it doesn’t let you do the real time translation without it. So the translation never actually works since it can’t recognize any devices. ### 1/5 — Don’t work *2026-06-01, version 2.04.20* I was really excited to get these headphones because I wanted to watch Tela using the translating headphones and of course they paired once I didn’t even get a chance to use them before they started acting up and not being able to pair them so I tried to completely delete everything and do everything all over again and because I already use the activation code it doesn’t allow you to use the activation code so then it just doesn’t pair at all completely do not waste your money buying these headphones. They probably were great for normal headphones, but as far as translating headphones garbage ### 1/5 — Pure garbage! *2026-05-31, version 2.04.20* This is the app that comes with the Five Below translation headphones. But after pairing the headphones with the phone, the app will not recognize that they are paired and so nothing activates or works! Approximately a week ago, this stopped working the way that it had been working perfectly fine in the six months that I have had it before this.. there is no one to get a hold of to get any kind of help. It does not adjust to eye sight at all. There is no on screen features that show up in the glasses. Audio works but the Bluetooth connection does not stay connected. It comes with poor instructions and the instructions are so tiny you can barely see them.Im not satisfied with the glasses. Do not buy.
