After having been fully crippled by chronic pain (unable to sleep and unable to take a deep breath), NEVRO has provided real relief. The App is very helpful, especially when used in tandem with the NEVRO Care Team. It did take a few months to get the device focused at its best. The Care Team patiently walked me through step by step adjustments with the app. Did the device provide 100 percent relief? No. A cocktail of prescribed medication is still part of my daily routine. And I am still disabled by the chronic nerve pain. But the NEVRO device and this app have provided tremendous benefit to the quality of my life. Now all I get is a white screen. What's up? I can no longer keep up with my progress or do my daily assessments. This is my lifeline! MF has taken a few flight trips across the living room, which only leaves me extremely frustrated and hopeless, along with excruciating pain! Worst design ever!! 3. I have spent hours attempting to place the charging pad against the device in my back. Belt pocket for charging pad is the worst design ever! 4. You have to take time to charge every other day. Today I am dealing with the white screen. This is a new thing for me but I have read some reviews mentioning this.
