fica em espera eterna e não avisa que está pronto. O cliente fica sem saber se já pode ir pegar no balcão .

La interfície es molt confusa quan vols demanar per recollir en una hora en concret. Tens diverses opcions per posar-ho, no tens clar mai si ho has posat al lloc correcte, i en cap lloc del procés de comanda et confirma per a quina hora ho estàs demanant fins que ja has pagat. Per culpa d’això he demanat una comanda que ha estat mes duna hora esperant per recollir.

The app logged me out and erased my account. I had to make an order of 3 plates and it created a new account. CS took 3 weeks to reinstate my account, offered no compensation and refused to add the 3 stamps to my actual account. This was their mistake and they took no responsibility for it.

They accepted the order, I waited for almost 3 hours, support said “Hi” five times and ended the chat moving me back and forth between different people, on the 6th attempt they said “restaurant is closed, not our problem, you get refund shortly”. Horrible!

Downloaded the app, registered then told the one dish I want cannot be ordered on the app even though it shows in the menu and I have to queue up. (Chicken).

The app is buging A LOT! I tried to order and pay at least 10 times before it worked. Plus, we’ve waited more than 1 hour before getting our food. For two small plates. Wtf?

I picked an order in the app, it forced me to register, I paid with apple pay, and then it shown an error - donnees invalides (phone is in french)

So we just wasted 15 minutes of watching your stupid upsell tactics, constant offers to buy this, buy that. This was the worst user experience that I ever had. 

Also, what's with the scroll view with tabs in the food menu? You scroll up, and the whole layout shifts; It feels terrible

I have walked past sooo many times, and the name attracted me, however usually these places are not really green. This is!! And delicious! Huge portions! Pocas veces la aplicación de un restaurante está tan bien diseñada.

Se nota que hay mucho trabajo detrás de esta app, que es nativa y aprovecha todo el potencial del sistema operativo. Es fácil de usar, está todo perfectamente ubicado, resulta cómodo hacer los pedidos, y es fantástica la integración en la pantalla de notificaciones con las burbujas mientras esperas el pedido o la facilidad de solicitar después la factura. 

Muy en la línea de la experiencia general y la filosofía HG.
