### 1/5 — App signed me out once, have never been able to login ever again

I was able to use this app successfully for almost 2 years when one day it just logged me out. I have not been able to log back in & any requests for a password reset never get sent to my email. It has stopped communicating with my email address entirely so now the app is useless to me. I even tried registering a new account and it still does not send emails to any of my email addresses to complete sign up. Very disappointing. I can no longer park and leave. I have to manually pay

Very unstable app, so many times I couldn’t pay , very inconveniencing, contacted support who were not very helpful not recipient of feedback at all.

### 2/5 — Ok app but easier to use machine

The app is OK but takes way longer than just paying at the machine. I spend about five minutes downloading the app, signing up and trying to add payment details only to have it hang when entering credit card details likely because they don’t support challenge response from my bank.

I then used the machine on the wall which was quick easy and an overall much better, faster user experience…
