It could use a longer ATC audio loop; it replays the same comm's while you're still on your approach. Volume is not controllable except for turning it off. If you change the power/thrust setting, you can not set it back to the default in order to stabilize at 135kt. Roll control seems overly sensitive, and the app a little laggy in roll. Pitch is ok. Is it just me or are the compass headings reversed and therefore must move in the 'wrong' direction to show the correct heading vs. direction of turn? (Hdg 280 is to the left of Hdg 270). Let's add some other cool airports and some RF-leg approaches! (PSP, Gastineau, etc.) iPad2 ### 3/5 — Details *2012-11-15, version 1.0* The font doesn't match the one used by the HGS. And with full controls like flaps, gear, and speed breaks. It also would be nice to have more cameras. ### 5/5 — Non Pilot Opinion *2019-08-28, version 2.0* This is a sampling of an actual HUD fight instrument in an accurate sim environment. It is basically an ad aimed at private and commercial aircraft owners. But they let us play with it. COOL! The geo-graphics are simple, but the required accuracy of your approach and landing is very high. Licensed pilot high! A lot of fun for armchair pilots. Enjoy. ### 5/5 — It's a trainer for HUD use in aircraft *2016-09-07, version 1.1* At first, I found the game difficult, but I kept trying, changing sensitivity, practising till I got a good enough technique (small corrections). Then I went to work in a brand new A350-900... ...On the ILS07L approach I disconnected the autopilot and focused on the HUD, exclaiming, "Oh wow! It's just like the game I've been playing!" The game is hard, so flying the real A350 HUD accurately and precisely became much easier! My flying is more accurate and I have more spare capacity to take-in other things in my unfamiliar environment. It's brilliant! Get it! Use it! My suggestions for improvement would be to add one or two more airfields and, on higher levels, to show all the information a real HUD displays, perhaps with the ability to declutter, the point being to learn to find the information you are looking for quicker and to ignore extraneous information easier. ### 5/5 — Hgsflight *2016-06-29, version 1.1* Good simulator,excellent learning app ### 5/5 — Totally cool. *2015-01-15, version 1.1* Nice job creating this.
