The sales pitch was done via webinar and demoed using the PC web interface, not the iOS/mobile version. The mobile app is extremely buggy and therefore mostly unusable which is really disappointing as it's the mobile version that's most useful to supervisors in the field. Hopefully they will get things worked out before we decide to seek another solution elsewhere.
