I’m using an iPhone with iOS 26.3. ### 3/5 — Problems with viewing pay stubs and hours Randomly being unentered. *2024-07-17, version 1.305.5* I think the title sort of speaks for itself but, hopefully there is a way to fix this. I can’t look at my paystubs no matter what sort of internet connection I have. It keeps telling me to check internet connection or to come back later. As well as on occasion the hours I input can sometimes be completely removed randomly not from any fault of admin. Overall the app is convenient and does most of what I need from it and makes things pretty simple. Also, if you need to go back and look at previous days times you’d better get comfortable because you will be there for an eternity if it even lets you. Completely depopulated all codes. It’s entirely UNUSABLE!!! Find a different system for your time entry! For some reason this app arbitrarily erases time. But it's not quite as bad as the previous version. Still shocked they actually charge money for an app that is so bad. I'd be embarrassed if I was the company who developed this. Original: This is a great idea, to be able to insert your time in an app and not have to be in front of a computer... but this app has more bugs than a Super 8 motel. Every time I try and enter time, it either crashes, or doesn't record the time I entered. I always have to go to my computer to enter the time. I've been trying to use this app for several months, so this isn't a "try it once and give it a bad review." Absolute hot garbage. The tech support teams resolution is almost always nothing more than a reset and if that doesn’t work you’re just locked out and forced to use the horrendously clunky web interface.
