Then it’ll show I’m like 5000ft from the house and constantly have issues with the gps. So many times it is just loading and loading and loading, it takes over 2 minutes to clock in which is honestly a long time considering when I’m not trying to clock in the app manages to load without an issue. Just this morning the app told me I was clocked in successfully just to have my client get a call a half hour later asking if I was there because I never clocked in. I’ve had at least 10 times in less than a year that the app claims my clock in was successful and it wasn’t so I look like a freaking idiot to my agency. Force us to take a 45 minute training on how to use this stupid app that only works when it feels like it. Pay some developers and bring the app into 2026. You’re lucky my agency lets me fill out a missed punch form afterwards!!! ### 3/5 — Needs improvement *2026-02-27, version 26.02.01* This app needs improvement. It has been times where it has taken me 2 minutes to clock out. After already clocking in? My job is to care for my patients/client. I shouldn’t have to repeatedly wonder if I’m clocked in and out. And I certainly shouldn’t have to take time to write my state representative to complain about the issues and write this message. ### 1/5 — Geo location *2025-12-03, version 25.10.01* This application never locates my GPS signal properly. It has consistently shown me 433,343 feet away from my current location. They expect EVV compliance of 85% are higher, but their app doesn’t work. ### 3/5 — Face ID *2025-11-02, version 25.10.01* I just recently got a new phone and cannot login with my Face ID. I have to put my password in every time and I have no idea how to fix that. ### 2/5 — App is saying I’m inactive. *2025-10-27, version 25.10.01* I’ve been using this app for 11 months. Today, it says that I’m inactive and won’t allow me to log in. I called the agency to clock in & I’m obviously still active on their end. This is a major issue. I’ve deleted the app & reinstalled, but still receive the same error message. The app constantly crashes, forcing you to log in again and again. Overall, the software is terrible. POC has far too many unnecessary options, and diagnoses are not transferred automatically, making documentation much more time-consuming than it should be. This site is poorly designed and extremely inconvenient to use. To the developers who created this software: you should go back to school. It feels like you lacked the knowledge and experience needed to build a user-friendly program. I would never recommend this software to anyone. If your agency has the option to use a different program, consider yourself lucky. ### 1/5 — Update shifted the screen *2026-06-19, version 26.06.01* I can’t confirm my punch ins and out because the screen is shifted down for whatever reason. This app is already glitchy as it is. Please stop breaking the few things that don’t need to be touched. ### 1/5 — Horrible app *2026-06-02, version 26.02.03* This app is the worst app I’ve ever used for any employment purposes whatsoever. When I login with the correct password, it says it’s not correct so I have to go in and change it and I’ve had to do that multiple times I know. That the password is correct because I have it memorized. You put in the schedule that you want in the app. and save it and nobody at the company or agency looks at it and tries to give you the hours that you want. I don’t even think anyone looks at it. What’s the purpose? There are times when Client is not available or there is an emergency and no one was able to sign. There should be a button on there indicating that on the app. as an option. Life happens! There was a time when my session timed out and I was not able to get out of the app so I had to delete it, restart my phone and now I don’t have it. I have to go into the Apple Store in order to sign in and out it’s ridiculous!!! This app lags, and is consistently inconsistent in its functionality. This app maker should be ashamed of itself and furthermore should be investigated by Pennsylvania’s MCO’s due to its almost weekly outage or inability to work properly for me to be able to Clock In, mark Client tasks, or Clock Out properly, therefore impacting my Agency’s ability to properly bill and pay. If I could give it a “Zero Stars” I would’ve chose that. This apps inability to work properly directly impacts the quality of care I provide my Clients by not allowing me to complete EVV properly at almost every shift and be worried that it didn’t take my Clock In/Out or shift notes.
