I made sure to add all three cats and link all three to the litter box. I already checked the app for an update, restarted the litter box, and restarted the app and nothing seems to work. It’s been about a week and I haven’t had any trouble with the app or WiFi connection to the box-everything has worked perfectly. I haven’t been obsessively checking the app to monitor cats’ transition to new box and it has always updated properly.
