An amazing and unique booking experience to travel to the Holy cites via your smartphone using app HHSR.
With Haramain Mobile Applications, passengers can book from anywhere, at any time of day. Passengers have access to a very simple booking process, user-friendly with clear steps, where they can see all options available at a glance.
Available services, tariffs and special promotions are immediately displayed in real-time using the integration with the train planner and central booking system.
Our passengers do nos have to wait for booking confirmation and they immediately receive their tickets in real-time by email and SMS.

التطبيق متعب...لا يوجد فيه ذاكره لحفظ اسماء الضيوف ومعلوماتهم لاعادة استخدامها....اتجاهات السفر فيه غير صحيحة ولا تطابق الواقع.... الحجز احيانا لا يتم بسبب رفض الدفع لاسباب غير معروفة.... حسب خدمة العملاء فان الحجز له وقت وهذا غير مبين في التطبيق....عموما التطبيق يحتاج لتطوير أداء... توجد خانات غير مطلوبة ! فلماذا توضع اصلا و تضيع الوقت؟...وبعد كل ذالك خدمة العملاء غير احترافية لحل مشاكل التطبيق🤯😡🥵

time. The app is not user friendly and is difficult to navigate. It often freezes or fails to load properly, making it frustrating to use. Needs significant improvements to performance and usability.
