Unlike the website you can NOT modify or cancel your tickets without having an account , you try to retrieve the account no response , you try to create another and after entering lots of information it just freezes then restarts without creating the account.

I booked a trip from Madinah to Makkah through this app, expecting a smooth and reliable experience. Instead, the train was cancelled without proper notice, and to make things worse, I still haven’t received my refund. It’s been days, and there’s no clear communication, no timeline, and no accountability.

I followed all the refund procedures as instructed, but the app keeps giving vague updates or no updates at all. For a service that’s supposed to support religious travelers and tourists, this is unacceptable. I planned my journey carefully, and this disruption caused unnecessary stress and financial loss.

If you value your time, money, and peace of mind — think twice before relying on this app. I hope they fix their refund system and start treating customers with the respect they deserve.

التطبيق متعب...لا يوجد فيه ذاكره لحفظ اسماء الضيوف ومعلوماتهم لاعادة استخدامها....اتجاهات السفر فيه غير صحيحة ولا تطابق الواقع.... الحجز احيانا لا يتم بسبب رفض الدفع لاسباب غير معروفة.... حسب خدمة العملاء فان الحجز له وقت وهذا غير مبين في التطبيق....عموما التطبيق يحتاج لتطوير أداء... توجد خانات غير مطلوبة ! فلماذا توضع اصلا و تضيع الوقت؟...وبعد كل ذالك خدمة العملاء غير احترافية لحل مشاكل التطبيق🤯😡🥵

البرنامج سهل الاستخدام، والبحث فيه واضح وسريع، بالإضافة إلى وجود خاصية أسعار التذاكر التي تسهّل المقارنة. كنت قد حجزت تذكرة من مكة إلى مطار جدة، وأردت إلغاءها، فتواصلت مع خدمة العملاء. تم الرد على مكالمتي بسرعة، وتولت الموظفة رهف المساعدة، وكانت متعاونة جدًا وأرشدتني إلى جميع الخطوات حتى تم الإلغاء بنجاح.

Just booked two one way tickets just in case. The whole reservation process was surprisingly smooth. Ticket issued instantly upon payment, with the option to open in PDF and add to (iOS) Wallet.
