## What is HHub?

I was asked by a friend to create this, and so I did. It's an app for keeping a record of your physical condition in your daily life. Going to the hospital and telling the doctor about your symptoms has never been easier!

For each symptom (like a cold or injury), you can record when it started and what you've been feeling. There's also a summary page for consulting with doctors or people close to you, and you can even make chronological notes of events.

Taking detailed notes can be really helpful for later treatment!

You can record symptoms in five categories:

・Date of onset, date of recovery, current status
・Summary of symptoms
・Past medical history
・Medications
・Event recording in timeline format
・Feel free to use them as needed to keep your body in good condition!

We paid special attention to usability when implementing this app. I hope it can be of some help to your healthcare.

手術と入院で痛み止め服用の時間を管理してます。トイレも尿意がないので時間で行かないとダメです。さまざまな時間管理をタイムスタンプがついて管理できるので便利です。定期管理ではなく数時間おきにとか、今日は何回トイレに行ったかも簡単です。体温　血圧　なんでも記録して看護師への報告に使ってます。

めちゃくちゃ使いやすいし、病院行くと｢いつからですか？｣って必ず聞かれるから、これからはすんなり明確に答えられそうで嬉しい
体温を記録するアプリはいくつか使ってたけど、タイムライン式はなかったから見やすすぎて大歓喜
アイコン万人受けにしたらもっと利用者増えそうな気がする！

去年病気を発症し、症状をiPhoneのメモ機能で記録していましたが、常に症状がある病気ではないので、病院に行く間隔が空いてしまうため、どうにか分かりやすく記録して先生に報告できないか悩んでいたところこのアプリに出会いました。
病気別に記録できるし、タイムラインがわかりやすくてとても使いやすいです。
