## What is Hi Comfort?

With Hi, Comfort app you can:
Control the temperature from your smartphone
Control several houses using a single application
Invite guests and allow them to control the heating or cooling of your house from their phone
Control (and analyze) your energy 
Adapt the programming of the heating to your habits
Select the away mode to heat only when you are out of home and help not wasting energy
Take benefit of the geofencing mode. When you exit from the home area, you will receive a reminder to activate “away mode”.

Users may request a copy of the data generated by using the app pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2023/2854 (Data Act) and the GDPR.
To exercise this right, please contact us using the form available at https://www.riello.com/eu-data-act.

Non so se sono i server Riello o altro che fa di questa applicazione una vera inutilità. Lenta e contorta nella sua configurazione ti fa passare qualsiasi intenzione di controllare da remoto il sistema di riscaldamento

Założyłem ten kocioł mając nadzieję na łatwe sterowanie aplikacją. Często wyjeżdżam. Do piątku działała opornie ale jakoś działała. Dziś wracając z podróży chciałem włączyć podgrzewanie wody. NIE MA NAJMNIEJSZYCH SZANS. Gorzej działającej aplikacji na telefonie nie mam. Zróbcie coś z tym bo to się nadaje do reklamacji.
Po aktualizacji zmieniło się tylko na gorsze. Nie ma już łączności z kotłem.

L’unica cosa buona era la possibile di visualizzare la statistica circa le ore di funzionamento dell’impianto di  termosifoni da quest’ultimo aggiornamento non mi permette di vedere più nulla mi da il Tab non editai le. Davvero inutile

Dopo l’aggiornamento della app HI non si vedono più le statistiche ed il tempo di operatività della caldaia, credo sia molto importante per capire quanto è stata accesa e fare valutazioni sul suo utilizzo giornaliero 
Aggiungo che adesso lo stato del cronotemostato sulla app non viene più aggiornato con l’accensione o meno ma rimane sempre N/A
