还是很感谢贵公司能推出这款产品并提供如此优质的内容及视频给广大从业人士和群众的，但我个人在使用下来后有一些不满。

贵公司的付费产品支持两种观看模式，一种是购买VIP后免费观看，这没有什么歧义，另一种则是单买一个课程的“买断”制，至少我一开始以为是买断的，但没想到过了几个月后遇到课程中讲的难题想回去复习复习的时候权限过期了，这就很不开心了，希望贵公司能对这点加以关注。

我也来帮忙分析分析利弊，也算是为自己的事尽点力。其一，一般来说，用户购买了一门课程的观看权后，是指着永久观看的念头才这么做的，一旦发现与预期不符，虽然在声明上有写，但还是会降低客户体验及观感。其二，用户买完后发现过期了，因为单买的价格也接近VIP的价格了，除非特别需要，否则很少会有用户再去重复购买相同的已经看过的内容的，贵公司也很难再从上面收到什么额外的费用（有点重复收费的嫌疑，不过不知道具体收入数据，不加评论）。其三，两种付费服务在此处有重合点，都是时效制，而且买断的时效9个月还小于VIP的一年12个月，并未给用户添加额外的、新的消费模式。
