The app itself is horrible. Not much to say on that. In this age and time I have no what incompetent dev team build this. 
The support team is actually even worst. My login creds stopped working, and whan I reached out to the support team, they keep unregistering my device and kept asking me to explain my problem. 
If you can’t even provide a seamless secured login experience, than you definitely don’t belong in software industry.
