Possibly even the worst in this galaxy! *2025-07-02, version 2.6* Pathetic mobile banking in Nepal. It is functional but terrible, I wouldn’t be supposed seeing people leaving this bank due to the terrible mobile banking app. I feel soo bad and there’s just no excuse. HBL needs to step up. HI-MB is just embarrassing. ### 1/5 — Outdated app *2025-07-01, version 2.6* Honestly, there is no face id function while the other bank has. QR scan doesn't work at all. I went to the shop and try to pay using QR code and didn't work out. I was so embarrassed.
