Charging a service fee for pickup!? I’m costing you less by using an app and helping you smooth out order in your kitchen and you thing I should pay for that privilege? Best of luck to you!

I’ve had so much trouble trying to login to my account thru this app. One day I’m logged in and all my account info and previous orders and rewards points are there, and the next day  it says “login with your phone number” (it’s supposed to text a code) but the code never ever arrives no matter the format in which I input my number. Sheesh, maybe the developer is high?
