I think someone uploaded a virus to this vault before I receive it. I am going to do a factory reset shortly. Also, when I plugged the vault into my phone, nothing happens. The app keeps shutting down when loading the photos or videos . ### 1/5 — Hi Pro 128GB memory stick for IPhone *2024-03-26, version 1.0.56* On my iPhone I have over 2k worth of photos and videos. I purchased the Hi Pro 126GB stick to ensure all the data would be saved correctly. However, today 26-03-2024 only half of the data has been saved to the flash drive memory stick. No matter how many times I delete them off the stick, reset my iPhone and start again the same problem keeps arising. But I've been using this whole storage thing for about a year now and it works great for my iphone 15! It takes a little bit to learn how things work but once you try it out and get the gist of it everything is pretty easy! I was also able to transfer everything onto my Macbook so that I could save even more storage and continue this for a long time before buying a new one 😃 ### 5/5 — Works well for me *2023-06-19* Clear and easy to follow. I just got it and don’t know how to use it ### 5/5 — It works perfectly! *2023-01-21* I just hope they keep updating it… 👍🏾👍🏾 ### 4/5 — Works well enough but requires a specific approach *2024-05-31* In order to transfer the files off the iPad onto the stick one need to first move the files to the Hi Pro folder on the iPad so that the app will see them, and only then transfer them through the app. I’m not sure it’s the apps fault for working this way, it might be just another of apple’s restrictions that they have to work around. The transfer itself is a bit slow but it works. One thing I’m not sure of that I noticed today is after the transfer the iPad claims the files of this app take a lot of space probably equivalent to all the data I transferred this morning. Not sure if its by mistake and always been happening and simply requires some time to refresh the correct space use or is it something new and I need to reinstall the app to free the space. This is something new I noticed so we’ll see. But otherwise it works well and the costumer support was helpful. ### 3/5 — File/Folder sort order selection *2025-08-16* Doco describes the procedure to bring up the file/folder sort menu. It does not work. This is essential to successfully operating this device.
