Why this app is even offered is puzzling. There's a static image on my iPad and buttons don't do anything.

Falsely portrays as Hi-Q. Records first few seconds and then fails.  Don’t be fooled.

This app is trash. Records the first few times and then fails. All the settings sound the same too
