I’ve been using it about a year and a half now. I learn something new every day. The developer is constantly adding new features. That said, the mobile app updates nearly every single time I open it. Are we meant to believe this app only has 2 one star reviews????Terrible! ### 1/5 — Horribly buggy and terrible UI *2026-04-25* I have had MANY occurrences of finishing my notes only for the app to tell me that an error has occurred and I should restart to avoid error loss, only for me to open the app again and find that all of my notes have been completely deleted. The app is constantly updating to an annoying degree because it delays my job, yet all the bugs I experienced when I first download it persist. Additionally, it is very laggy and is obtuse to navigate. ### 1/5 — App does NOT work after 11pm. *2026-03-02* I really really hate this app. I recently had to signed 2 times for each session, one during the evening and again in the morning. I had informed the company that works with Hi Rasmus multiple times, when sessions ended at or after 11pm, signatures would NOT record. ### 3/5 — Please fix glitch! *2025-10-21* The buttons aren't lining up and we are having to hold down each button and manually type in each data trial for it to be recorded correctly. When I press certain buttons even though I'm pressing "incorrect" it's marking it as correct. This is not convenient for accurate and efficient data collection.
