1.无用户反馈手段，完全按照开发商自己的想法开发程序，没有用户反馈途径。开发商为必了解用户的全部需求。
2.上传图片页面没有标记“病例”为必填项，导致多次发生“材料初审未通过”，原因竟然是没有病例。需要在上传时明确给用户提示，需要上传病例。
3.未通过审核材料建议用电话进行反馈，提高用户报销的效率！
4.贵公司未服务商，注意为用户服务的态度！！！
