The HealthIndia mobile app – HiAConnect is primarily focussed for Agents servicing Retail Policies of Insurance Co. for whom HealthIndia is TPA.

Features :

1. Claim Information : This will give claim information of Policy Holders serviced by the Agent.

2. ECard Information : This will give Ecard of Policy Holders serviced by the Agent. Ecard can be viewed and downloaded.

3. Claim Intimation : Agent can Intimate Claim on behalf of Policy Holder serviced by him / her.

4. Locate Hospital : Agent can locate the Provider Network of his associated Insurance co. through this feature.

5. Download Forms : Agent can download PDF format claim forms.

6. Tpa Branch Info : Branch information of TPA. Location, Telephone No. and link to google map.
