It took me some time to know what to say because i wasn’t sure if that’s how I should say it. But it was easier than I realised as I just typed down how I say it. The first time I used it was on the train where I needed to tell someone about my chronic illness. Since then I’ve used it a lot when in an emergency so they knew what was going on and then with friends.
