The products are consistently reliable, stylish, high quality, and offered at great prices. I can always count on finding excellent value without sacrificing quality. I’ve also had exceptional experiences with their customer service representatives. They have always been professional, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. It’s rare to find a company that maintains such a high level of service and quality over the years. I will admit that many of the shoes and clothing items that go on sale tend to sell out quickly, but I don’t see that as a negative. If anything, it lends itself to the popularity of the products and the great value Hibbett offers. Quality merchandise at competitive prices naturally creates high demand. This visit really made me decide that moving forward this location and company will be my to go shoe place to shop. The customer service from start to finish was over top, it’s hard to find this now a days. I ended up leaving the store with 3 extra pairs of shoes, it turned out that the person helping me was the manager.
