The only reason why I even use the app is to lock my scooter to prevent theft. This renders the app completely worthless. If it sees it at all in Bluetooth, it just says "internal request does not carry token". If I can't connect to the app I don't know of any other way to lock and unlock the scooter when I walk into a store. In the meantime I had to put a tracker in a hidden place and it’s a pain not having to plug it in. I have to replace the battery since it’s always running.
