HiCam uses new transmission system and a large number of servers. Comparing with AnTone, the performance of HiCam is much better than that of AnTone in terms of connection rate and transmission speed. 

HiCam improves the communication problem in the complex network environment. It solves dynamic IP and no public IP problems effectively under the environments of ADSL, PPPoE and LAN.

Tried formatting sd card doing factory reset. All working fine and recording but the app will crash everytime you try to look at the recording ### 1/5 — App not supported anymore *2021-12-17* I don’t think this app is supported anymore. In order to check my camera I will need to close the app countless times and reopen it because it’s constantly crashing. When I can connect to my camera I’ll get about 30 seconds of moving around before I have to exit and load it up again. I’m unable to view past footage or even speak through the camera. I’ve been waiting for an update that will make this app usable, but it’s apparent that the company really doesn’t care if their app works or not since you’ve already purchased the camera. I would love to purchase more cameras but I'm hesitant to do so because of the bugs with the app. This has the potential to be an amazing product and amazing app and I could really see this being a common house hold security device. Update: Thank you! Works extremely well outside of a few bugs. One suggestion if I may? Maybe having the camera take a screenshot and save it every hour or so. As soon as you log in, you can tell immediately from the last screenshot whether something is amiss.
