## What is Hico app?

Hico is the perfect tool to manage everything related to your office.

Register, postpone, cancel and attend your medical appointments as you want.

Patients
Enter patients and edit them at any time: personal data, contact information and any other information necessary for the attention.

Attention
Write down what you need while attending the patient: his personal and family history, vital signs, anthropometric data. You can even take a physical exam and register it in Hico easily and intuitively. Also enter the reason for the consultation and the evolution of the disease.

Diagnosis.
Finish your attention with a diagnosis based on the ICD-11 (updated) provided by the World Health Organization, for which we have implemented a search engine that allows you to write an ICD-10 code, or the name of the disease to find the equivalent result in the new version of ICD.

Documents
Create documents: Prescriptions, Certificates and Exam Orders. Print them  in A4 or Letter size. You can also share it through your favorite messaging application or through email. The documents will be saved to access to them any time.

Recién descargué la aplicación y me pareció excelente, soy médico y tiene todo lo que se necesita para la historia clínica de un paciente, me anote para la suscripción mensual por ahora. Tengo algunas sugerencias para mejorar la experiencia de uso, primero, la opción de borrar un paciente agregado, para conocer las funciones de la app agregué un paciente ficticio y pues ahora no se puede eliminar y, en segundo lugar, la posibilidad de imprimir la historia clínica como informe médico, similar a la función de la receta que me parece excelente, muchas veces el paciente solicita informe de su condición y al no tener esta función dentro de la app igual tocaría hacerlo manualmente desde una computadora o con lápiz y papel. Gracias, comenzaré a recomendar su app entre colegas.
