Hidaya now comes to Apple Watch with next prayer, a live countdown, tasbih and Daily Ayah.\n\nBuild steady habits with local reading and adhkar milestones. You can also enable a gentle Maghrib reminder.\n\nPrayer and Daily Ayah widgets now include larger layouts, plus new Tasbih and Adhkar widgets. Discover adds new duas, hadith, sirah moments and reflection prompts.\n\nWe also improved language switching and restored the full Hadith Discover collection.

### 2.1 — 2026-08-02

Quran listening is smoother in this update. Start any surah from the Quran list and listen continuously from ayah to ayah, with clearer lock-screen details and more reliable recovery.

Offline listening is now easy to manage. See every downloaded surah, storage used, progress, play offline, or delete downloads for each reciter. We also added Al-Sudais, Al-Shatri, Al-Minshawi (Murattal), and Al-Shuraym.

The new Next Prayer widget shows the upcoming prayer and a live countdown. The Daily Ayah widget now shows real bundled Quran content and opens the right ayah.

Arabic now covers the full interface, including alerts, empty states, and notifications, with additional RTL and accessibility fixes.

Fixed a recitation-player crash found on iPhone 14 and verified the full Surah-to-playback flow on a physical device. Expanded Arabic localization across Library, Niyyah, and Discover, alongside reliable offline and background Quran playback.

### 1.9 — 2026-07-11

Listen to Quran recitation in the reader, choose a reciter, and keep playback with you around the app. Hidaya now includes an Arabic right-to-left interface, new home screen widgets, and reliability improvements.

### 1.8 — 2026-07-01

New: the Niyyah assistant. Tell it what you are about to do, like "going on a trip" or "starting a new job", and it suggests intentions to turn that everyday thing into worship. It is free, no signup, nothing to set up. Find it in Library under Niyyah, or tap "Set your intention" on the home screen.

Plus more fixes you reported: cleaner Arabic text, notifications that open the right screen, and the full-page Mushaf opening the surah you actually tapped.
