The concept, a hidden object game, it’s not a new idea but this game completely mastered how to make a hidden object game fun and engaging from the very get go, I wish I could forget where the Folks and objects were so I could experience the magic all over again. You know, that or just more levels and or a sequel! It’s not just the gameplay though, its the whole thing, the art style I am completely in love with, everything is so cute I wish I had a giant poster or something I could put on my wall or a t-shirt or something, the black and white hand drawn doodle style is so captivating! It’s not just the art style and gameplay that makes this game amazing. You can tell this game was a true labor of love from all the tiny details. From all the interactable objects and Folks in the game, to the puzzles, to all the sounds, to the lovable reoccurring characters and the hints for each object or Folk to be found this game had me clicking away long after I had found every object just hoping to discover more. It honestly made me cry that I finished it all and I will be waiting eagerly for either more content (please) or a sequel to come out soon (please, please, please!) I really want new levels and/or a sequel! It’s nice that there are 3 color schemes (white bg, black lines; tan bg, black lines; black bg, white lines) although getting to the Settings is tricky (see below). The SFX may trigger misophonia at times, like munching noises, but these are rare and only isolated to certain parts of certain maps. My only major critique is in the menu and clue UI. It is by far the most frustrating part of the entire game (besides the clue about the axe in the jungle.) 1. Scrolling horizontally on the bottom of a screen triggers the App Switcher button if not careful. A vertical version of the clue menu is preferred. If horizontal must remain, the scrolling speed must be increased to reduce swipes. 2. There should be an option to hold onto a clue you’re searching for. If I am tapping around an area and I hit a previously-found Hidden Object, the clue menu scrolls back to that clue. This repeatedly reintroduces problem 1 as the menu is not very touch friendly. 3. Menu/Settings should be available through another mechanism like a Settings cog icon, NOT in the clue menu. Even if problems 1 and 2 are resolved, I shouldn’t have to lose my clue menu placement to try to find the Menu/Settings. 4. Map zooming is awkward and also feels too stiff, similar to the feel of the clues horizontal menu. ### 5/5 — Great brain stimulation, super fun *2026-04-26, version 2.1.6* TOUGH but fun. Like Where’s Waldo but harder. Everything is interactive and silly.
