## What is Hidden Impostor?

Hidden Impostor is a spoken party game for 3 to 10 players. Pass one phone around the table — no accounts, no Wi‑Fi required for gameplay.

HOW IT WORKS
Most players share the same secret word (civilians). A few get a close but different word (undercover), and Mr. White gets no word at all and must bluff.

Take turns describing the word without saying it outright. Debate, suspect, and vote someone out. Remove all impostors and civilians win. If impostors survive to the end, they win. Mr. White can even guess the word after being voted out for a dramatic twist.

- Rewarded flow now initializes the Mobile Ads SDK, waits for a load after tap (up to ~20s), and improves “ad not ready” when the user acts before the deferred preload finishes.
- Word pack unlocks from rewarded ads are per-pack and last 24 hours; after that the user must watch ads again for that pack. Persisted in v2 storage with migration from the old progress-only data.
- Game Setup screen includes a link back to the main menu (Let’s play home screen).
- Fixed TypeScript typing for celebration winner avatars (CelebrationAvatar) so `tsc` passes cleanly.
- iOS `ios/.xcode.env` now resolves `NODE_BINARY` when Xcode’s script PATH has no `node` (fixes PhaseScriptExecution failures during Bundle React Native / AdMob scripts).
- iOS `Podfile` and `ios/.xcode.env` set UTF-8 locale so CocoaPods/Ruby no longer crash with `Unicode Normalization not appropriate for ASCII-8BIT` when `LANG` is unset.
- Removed `expo-in-app-purchases` from `app.json` plugins (it is not a valid config plugin in this SDK; the package still autolinks from `package.json` for native IAP).
- Added AdMob `sk_ad_network_items` (Google’s recommended list) to `app.json` for iOS SKAdNetwork so conversion attribution warnings are addressed; rebuild iOS after this change.
- Rewarded ad `no-fill` responses log at info level (expected when inventory is empty, especially on Simulator) instead of noisy warnings.
