After trying a couple of times, I shut down the game and when I returned to it to try again, the puzzle wouldn’t open. Such a shame as it’s a good game. **Developer response:** Hello! Currently stuck on the staircase, the hint option is not working and none of my items will interact with the clickable sites. I looked up every video on YouTube and it’s the same thing. I’m disappointed bc it was a waste of time bc I watched every video to make sure it wasn’t just the game and I had money invested in this game. There are lots of glitches in the mini games and a bunch of things to do that just aren’t any sort of logical.
