But if you don’t bye bye! I luv this app soooooo much but I always complete the puzzles and have to wait a week….. pls make it like new puzzles ever 2 days or smthg…! ### 3/5 — Lacking multiple profiles *2022-01-15, version 1.7.0* My kids have a great time playing the game but I would like to see multiple profiles under one parent account. My kids are 7 & 4 and at different stages so it would be nice to have different levels plus separating the profiles allows for players to move at their own pace instead of together. My kids got older and no longer use the app. I don’t want to pay a monthly charge, but there is no way to cancel payment. I have reached out via email through their app support and customer support emails numerous with no response. This isn’t just a lack of transparency when signing up, it seems like straight dishonesty. As parents, we try and find safe and educational ways to keep our kids entertained and then run across this type of “business” that is obviously out to make a dollar with no concern for anything but their bottom line. But when he’s trying to play the puzzles there’s some sort of glitch that every time he touches a puzzle piece he’s already put in place it pulls up a math problem as though it needs parental guidance. The hidden pictures are almost even impossible for myself on the phone so back to needing a large screen to play this game. Overall disappointing, I’d rather abc mouse or some other app if I’m paying a monthly subscription. ### 2/5 — Not a good value *2018-10-03, version 1.4.25* Could be great but not as a subscription. They will often use it whenever they use my ipad. The draw back is that If you cancel the subscription, you will loose access to all the paid puzzles. Many of the puzzles were never used on my app. Now if they play it, there are only 2 puzzles. I decided to cancel the subscription after a year because there were too many unused puzzles, and I thought I would still have access to the ones I paid for during the subscription. I assumed that I just would not receive any new ones. Wrong. I lost them all.
