Support has never been good, but the app provided that set-it-and-forget-it sense of security. However, for over a year, my account has been showing as expired, with no access via the app or website. I just assumed that I'd forgotten to renew, so I decided not to bother. Imagine my surprise when reviewing my paypal payments (something I clearly don't do often enough), I find that I've been paying a subscription all along. I cancelled future payments and have written to ask for a refund of the latest payment, but I'm not holding my breath. ### 1/5 — Terrible! *2024-01-24, version 2.1.1* This is the worst app I’ve ever seen.
