Went to use the app for the first time, and set up the password. July 4th 2020 I still have all my photos, videos & contacts missing. I had a person code that when I type it in to access that stuff it’s still not there. Settings doesn’t show still. Idk what y’all did but it’s still messed up badly... Plz fix I’ve had this app for a while but now when I go to it it’s dark mode & nothing I had there is there? The first time it worked. The phone was defective so I backed it up and was sent another iPhone X. This time when I transferred the apps over this one was empty I have lost everything that was precious to me. The hidden files can only be played in one big folder. I exited out of the app completely to see if the password would work. It just sent me to the page with all the lists. I try to click the stuff in my to do list and I just went right in.
