I have installed many HiFi2 systems and now have many customers calling my office asking when the app will be fixed. I would like to give them some good news for a change. Sorry I bought this. ### 1/5 — Is this the support we should expect since Leviton bought HAI? *2015-01-21, version 1.1* When this was still an HAI product the app worked flawlessly. Then Leviton bought out HAI. Leviton was kind enough to add their splash screen into the app (so it's not like they don't even know about it?) but somewhere between the Leviton deal and iOS8 the app crashes immediately on start. When you try to select a room or source, the app crashes. Have to frequently unplug the receiver and uninstall the app. If you’re streaming musing from your phone and get a call or text message the music will shut off and rarely come back on. I’ve since reinstalled 3 units with the first 2 not working at all and the 3rd one now only working wiith the archaic phone app/ when it feels like it. Customer un-support has been a joke! Blaming everything on COVID-19 to software update/crashes. This has been going on since April- I still don’t have a reliable house system. Même après avoir réinstallé l’app. J’adore cette app pour contrôler mon HiFi2 de Leviton. Naturellement cette app ne fonctionne pas dans le système HiFi2. ### 3/5 — Works ok *2021-01-17* This app works ok but just the bare minimum amount of work went into it. Very simple yet it works fine. Wish I could rename the zones and sources through the app rather than just having them numbered. You usually get what you pay for and Leviton is a good example of that. ### 3/5 — Works on iPhone but not iPad *2015-01-21, version 1.1* Long awaited version upgrade for ios8. Works 100% on my iPhone 5s but NOT on my iPad. iPad still unable to change zone or source. Both devices running ios 8.0.2. Glad to have it back on the iPhone anyway, but something's still screwy. Please take another look, Leviton, and get the bugs out. I like it better for controlling the hifi2 than Haiku but until it functions across the board I gotta stick with Haiku. Keep trying. ### 2/5 — Latest version *2015-03-24, version 1.3* I like the app, as I have installed and used it prior to the latest IOS updates. However, as of 03/24/2015, the latest update does discover the HiFi 2. But, app crashes when you try to change the Zone. By default, the app loads to Zone1. I can turn on/off, change volume and source on that zone with no issues. But, again, app crashes when I try to change to another zone.
