I downloaded and paid for this app believing it was the real Higgsfield AI because the branding and logo looked extremely similar. I honestly thought I was purchasing the actual platform I had seen online. Unfortunately, after paying nearly $90, I realized this was a completely different app with many limitations. The video quality was not what I expected, many features were restricted, and the overall experience did not match what was advertised or what I believed I was paying for. It felt very misleading and disappointing as a customer. I strongly recommend that the developers consider refunding my purchase, because I truly paid under the impression that this was the real Higgsfield AI platform. I was led to believe this was the legitimate app and paid for an annual subscription. Within less than 15 minutes, I realized something was wrong because I couldn’t generate videos properly. After checking my real Higgsfield account on desktop, I confirmed there was no subscription there at all. This app creates strong brand confusion and appears intentionally designed to make users think they are subscribing to Higgsfield.
