My only issue is that once you hit The app the only way to cancel that ride is to call their switchboard and do it over the phone which can be somewhat to use and annoying, especially when you’re trying to maneuver a number of bags, kids, and do in a short period of time. You might as well just skip the app and call for the car. But this doesn’t happen too often.
