Heute wurden mir fast 93€ abgebucht. Der Support schreibt, dass das nicht erstattet werden kann. Abzocke! Und die fast 100€ sind nur für 4 Wochen!! Ich glaub mein Schwein pfeift! Für jeden Dreck werden E-Mails verschickt, aber nicht wenn sich ein Abonnenten automatisch verlängert und dem Kunden 100€ abgeknöpft werden. Richtiger Premiumservice!! Auch etwas wo die EU einschreiten sollte, automatische Vertragsverlängerung ohne Hinweis. Ich rate davon ab, diese App zu installieren! In der App kann man nicht mal sein abgeschlossenes Abonnement sehen, geschweige denn beenden. Soweit ich weiß ist das nicht zulässig. Online abgeschlossene Verträge müssen offensichtlich mit einem einfachen Kündigungsbutton versehen werden!! Stattdessen wird man in der App mit neuen „tollen“ Angeboten behelligt. I'll let you know if they do be careful people. Well just as I thought they charged me $105 now I just got on here and it said what $39 for the month. Cancel as fast as you can. Ganz klare Betrugsmasche *2026-08-14* Hier handelt es sich um Betrüger. Man wird verleitet eine einmalige Testversion von 18€ zu kaufen und 4 Wochen später, ohne eine Info oder einen Vertrag werden 93€ abgebucht. Man bekommt lediglich Werbemails aber die ganze App ist der letzte Müll. Paypal ist bereits informiert. Ich Hoff dieses Unternehmen wird zur Rechenschaft gezogen. So eine Sauerei. Alles Betrüger in diesem Laden !!!! Lasst die Finger von !!! Nachtrag: ich habe mein Geld durch den Fall bei Paypal innerhalb von einer Stunde zurückbekommen. Es handelte sich lediglich um das herunterladen der App - von meiner Seite wurde kein Abo abgeschlossen. Das sog. Abo ist nur über Umwege zu sehen. Keine Mail - nichts. Laut Support keine Rückerstattung möglich! Lasst die Finger davon außer ihr wollt 93€ plus x im Monat ausgeben. Schreibe seit Stunden mit dem Support hin und her - bin gespannt ob ich mein Geld doch noch zurück bekomme. What you get in the subscription is a fairly basic meal plan with the expected obscure non-pantry items. Coaching: additional fees. Automatic billing is applied without further consent and the automatic renewal charged me 5 times the initial plan fee with no pre-warning or notice. This subscription does not show up under your App Store subscriptions and can only be managed cancelled by contacting the seller by email. There was some issues with billing and their customer service ended up helping me out. So for that I thank them. There’s also duplicate recipes. Would love if the app would calculate the total amount of protein fat sugar and calories for the day based on the recipes logged. Try to use a recipe or log something and keeps saying no server. It is frustrating. Have tried everything from deleting and downloading, shutting off phone. It becomes confusing and before you know it, with one click of a button, and no option to review my purchase, I had enrolled in a lifetime membership. I immediately notified them of my error and asked to please cancel the membership. It had not yet been charged to my credit card (sitting in pending) and could easily have been cancelled. I was eventually told they did not give refunds and too bad it was my mistake. Their lack of understanding put me off the app completely and it has been a complete waste of money that as a senior I really can’t afford. I feel it is bad business sense that they did not even try to understand my situation. ### 2/5 — Not enough info… *2026-01-24* I purchased the basic 3 month plan with no add ons. The 2 stars are for the recipes, which are good for the most part, and I’ve enjoyed what I’ve made. But other than that, there is no real guidance. There are some general articles, but they are not specific to the plan. For example, what if I don’t want to use the provided recipes? What should my protein/fat/carbohydrate/calorie goals be? How can I make substitutions? Are beverages other than water okay? Etc. So little information… Very honestly there are free apps with more information.
