## What is High?

This app is currently only a companion app to the higherendeavors.com website.

Your Apple Watch captures a remarkable amount of physiological data every day; but, data sitting in isolation rarely informs the decisions that matter.

This app syncs your Apple Watch and iPhone health data to the Higher Endeavors platform. Every metric Apple Health captures flows into Higher Endeavors, where it becomes part of a more complete picture of your health.

Sleep affects recovery. Recovery affects training capacity. Training affects stress response. Stress affects sleep. Seeing how these systems interact is what makes the data meaningful.

Whether you're in the foundational I Am Healthy phase or the performance-focused I Am HighEnd phase, your body's signals inform which of the Four Pillars — Health, Nutrition, Fitness, or Lifestyle — needs attention at any given time.

This app ensures that information is always current and connected to your broader practice.
