Making playlists is a breeze. But I’m constantly having issues with it disconnecting from iTunes and having to re download all of my purchased songs. I know I’m not the only one having this issue, but I seem to be the only one writing a review about it. Thankfully I’m an android user and can use audiopo in a pinch if this error happens right before a class. I was scared to try it and feared that I would be laughed at. I found quite the opposite! Instead of laughing at me.. the instructors encouraged me and before long we were laughing together. I found my people… my community! Before long I took a leap of the bravest proportion and became certified as a High Instructor. No looking back! If you are on the fence, it’s time to come to the High side! And of course, the instructor videos and directions are always at my fingertips! The technical support is quick to respond and super helpful, although I hardly EVER have questions though, b/c it’s so simple and easy to use!
