58 bus doesn’t even show up all the time, and the timetable doesn’t match with the website. Really slow confusing and uses loads of battery and mobile data. Wouldn’t mind if it actually worked

Downloaded the app as I prefer to have and buy bus tickets on my phone, convenient is a big plus. Blank page and no way of buying a ticket 🎫

Fine when it works or doesn’t give false
information, for example many maps show wrong routes.  But app often ‘dies’ in use and
bus disappears, which is not helpful.

There is a poster on the bus saying that purchasing tickets is not available until 6th May 2019 when the system goes live which is the reason why the other person could not buy a ticket in April.
