Very frustrating when I spent a lot of time going through the list just to find they are no longer there. **Developer response:** Hello! So frustrating. No matter if I sign in with Facebook or email. Not using this any more ### 1/5 — Nothing saves to MyMarket *2019-10-07, version 1.4.2* Favorited Events and Exhibitors do not save to MyMarket. Hoping this gets fixed in the next week or two. ***Update: October 6 and no fix or communication from developer. I guess it's pen and paper. Only the rail stops will show up, but not any showrooms. If I go to an exhibitor and navigate, it re-directs to the Maps app! The entire point of the HPMKT app is to see where everything is in relation to each other on one map. There might be a simple fix to this, but I can’t find anywhere to reach out for help. Extremely frustrating. The app was just fine last year, not sure why they felt the need to ‘improve’ (read:break) it! ### 1/5 — Unable to delete account & no app support *2024-04-19, version v67-3.1.6* The button to confirm deletion of your account doesn’t work and there’s no way to contact app support to resolve the issue. The link to contact app support going to a 404 error page. This is ridiculous. ### 1/5 — The spring 2024 update is awful *2024-04-09* You can no longer search My Market by filter. The dashboard is worthless as it’s only alphabetical. It would be great if you could organize by building or neighborhood. Even better if you could organize by day/time. We have added a Sorting Feature to our MyMarket Favorites and Exhibitor Page, which allows you to organize by Building, Neighborhood, and Shuttle Stop! In addition, we have introduced the Visit Date Feature, enabling you to set a target date to visit each exhibitor at the Market. You can now use these features in combination to sort your exhibitor list by Visit Date, providing an organized list of exhibitors for each day of the Market. Do not use, save your time! ### 1/5 — Version 2.3 Crashes! *2023-10-08, version 2.3* The version 2.3 created 2 days ago crashes upon opening and across all my mobile devices. I lost all my prior selections. Lost HOURS of market planning research and organized scheduling for this upcoming market. Market starts in a few days. Please fix this. ### 1/5 — How after COVID can it be this useless? *2021-06-02, version 2.0* Took the time to create a schedule, get organized for the 2021 market, and nothing. All gone. Even after the market authority ADVERTISED how attendees would be lost without it. Well I’d be lost with it! ### 1/5 — Not saving “My exhibitors” *2021-05-24, version 2.0* I have tried the last 3 days to create my list of vendors to go see, I tried using the star icon to save also tried clicking the heart icon to save anything in my list. Close the app, then next time I open it up everything is gone and I have to start all over. Don’t rely on it!! ### 1/5 — Lists gone every time *2020-10-12, version 2.0* Create a list of exhibitors to visit and it when I log back in it is all gone every time. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Great update! *2019-10-18, version 2.0* I’d be lost at Market if it wasn’t for the app. The new update is fantastic - same great wayfinding (works even w/o cell service), integration with MyMarket on the HPMKT website, and the exhibitor part now works even better (sharing, notes). And with 11mm sq ft of showroom space, it’s amazing how accurate the interactive floorplans are (seriously how do they do this 2x/yr?). ### 5/5 — Update *2019-10-18, version 2.0* The new update works great for me. ### 4/5 — The spring 2024 update is awful *2024-04-16, version v67-3.1.6* You can no longer search My Market by filter. Maybe they should consult with veteran buyers. After I wrote my review another update was released and now the filter by My Market is available. There are still a lot of features that would make it more robust. I tried to contact the developer as they offered, I got the feared 404 page. I get it. After market i feel pretty 404 myself. ### 4/5 — Better *2019-10-18, version 2.0* The update appears to have fixed many of the issues I had. ### 4/5 — Huge Help! *2017-03-15, version 1.2* I've been using this app for the last few markets and it has been a huge help to keep me organized and find my way around market. Without it I feel like I would be lost in a sea of vendors and quickly forget where I need to be. Each market there are new features and I'm looking forward to to see what improvements come next! ### 3/5 — Auto log out *2020-10-15, version 2.0* It’s frustrating when you are going through the exhibitor list and check out the webpage of an exhibitor and when you go back to the app your filters are gone and you have to select all your filters again to continue searching through the exhibitors. ### 2/5 — Nothing loads *2025-10-21, version v123-3.2.13* The app is super glitchy. The events don’t load, even when filtered to pair the options down. I added events via the website which don’t appear under my events in the app. Honestly the app is worthless at this point since I can’t do much with it. ### 2/5 — No events showing up *2025-03-22, version v123-3.2.13* When I go to the events icon nothing shows up. All others are working fine please help! ### 2/5 — Beware: your information doesn’t save *2023-10-07, version 2.3* I downloaded the app and input my appointments, as well as, added some market events. I was unable to add a time to these appointments, only the day. This is quite unhelpful for obvious reasons but even more so that the market events did have times that became priority over my appointments so there wasn’t even a way to order everything. Lastly, it started glitching yesterday and kept shutting down. I removed and reloaded the app today. When I logged in, everything that I input was gone! I lost a lot of time. I would highly advise to use this as a reference if you need to find a showroom when at market.
