I’ve seen it from my teammates and myself included. Our guild was plentiful and active and now we have like 4 people left. Come on guys. One of the things that factored into my decision for uninstalling the game was the monthly subscription it wants to have no ads. I don’t play games that ask for a monthly fee for that. I will happily pay a one-time fee, however. I asked people in chat for help several times, and I was ignored every time. That was my ultimate decisive point that I didn’t want to play. Devs have completely given up after the money well ran dry. They just create new servers instead of filling existing ones, so unless you just joined the games activity is in the dumps. They took away items everyone could access at the start and paywalled em, have been killing servers forever and refuse to add server merging even after promising it for months. Game is dead and the company does not care at all. Their latest fun stunt was taking payment for an event pack and when I didn’t receive it they refused to assist at all. The “support” is just an ai chatbot that cannot help with anything. Game is very close to dying and is clearly done receiving support. Problem is that you run into end game frustration and no support. No progression past fairly early point, poor balance between servers - most servers are dying off and there is no move to merge. A ton of small issues that could be fixed with updates are ignored. Pretty much all you get is monthly cycle of same content and a take it or leave - all responses are auto ai with no results past the auto reply. I would look for another game - another developer as well.
